Yes, Virginia, there is still new construction taking place in Loudoun

Don’t despair! Contrary to rumors, there is still, in fact, new construction taking place in Loudoun County this year! This picture was snapped just yesterday morning in the Village Case neighborhood in Purcellville, Virginia. All is not lost for our local real estate market!

(Yes, I’m being sarcastic!) Good to see that we still have some positive things happening here. I bet somewhere out there is a very excited family looking forward to moving into this home in the summer. Welcome to Purcellville!
