I&#039;m working now to dig through the sales data to see if I can figure out the difference. I know personally I&#039;ve worked with a lot of first time homebuyers in the last year that have been able to jump into the market because of the decrease in prices. Not sure if that is what fueled the rise; I&#039;m going to look to see how the different price points fared in terms of number of transactions versus 2006...
