Missing in action?

Stopping in to say good morning! I know I’ve been quiet for the last week or so; I actually took four days off (in a row) and went out of town. Haven’t done that in a long time! Right before I left business started to pick up tremendously, and since I’ve returned it has continued.  It appears that spring market is upon us! Look for a post with an update on those market absorption rates in the next few days, I’m anxious to see whether the market is strengthening.

Fingers crossed for warmer weather!
