Finally saw an article in the national news media today confirming what Realtors have been seeing on a local market level for the last month: Forbes.com wrote about the latest survey out from the National Association of Realtors. The survey showed an 11.3% gain in existing home sales in the Northeast in February, with a slight price appreciation over the following year (0.4%). You can read the full article here.
