Can you provide an update to what you’re seeing now that the 15k incentive has been passed? I’m hearing from friends and colleagues that were scared a few months ago…that are now shopping and in the market. I’ve even heard of a couple of purchases. The ones making deals right now seem to be getting fantastic prices and interest rates.

Can you speak to the metrics…i.e. the avg time it’s taking for a house to move in different pockets of Loudoun? Prices? etc?
