I realized that some of my clients and readers were looking for a little more ‘hard data’ on the real estate market, to go along with my anecdotal stories of what I see as a full time Realtor. So, I’m proud to announce the launch of LoCo Market Stats, a blog powered by market statistics and charts from Altos Research. Every week, I will have updated market data and information for you on Loudoun County as a whole, and each individual town broken down by zip code and home type. I’m working on setting up a blog for each town in Loudoun, too, so that you can get data that is very specific to your area of interest. Leesburg Market Stats is the first of those to go live~~ look for more sites to be addded to the blogroll at LoCo Market Stats in the coming weeks.
