Sycolin Road Paving Update

Progress!

I drive Sycolin Road between Leesburg and Ashburn every time I go in to my office, and I have to say I’m impressed at the speed at which they are making the road improvements there! I snapped this picture last week, you can see that they have taken out a full lane’s width strip of trees on the side of the road already. Projected finish date is November of this year. UPDATE: Sycolin Road will be CLOSED starting June 22nd until the beginning of September between Turner Farm Lane and Gulick Road while the improvements and paving take place!! (thank you to Erica Garman at Living in LoCo for the heads up!)
