Hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you enjoy hearing from me in a non-corporate sort of way. This blog is my voice, my way to share with you what I think about real estate, things that I see happening in our area that I think are worth noting, and snippets of my life that won’t bore you too much. <grin>

I am a full time Realtor with Century 21 Redwood Realty in Ashburn, Virginia. I work both as a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. I am a bit of a geek in that I love using the internet in any way I can to meet people, keep in touch with friends and clients, sell houses, and bring information to my clients. You can find me on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr, and Blip.fm, among others.

I am active in my industry, and I’ve had the opportunity to speak and teach at numerous real estate conferences across the country, including Inman Connect, NAR’s Annual and Midyear conferences, Real Estate Tech South, and BlogWorld. I serve on NAR’s YPN advisory board, Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee, and the Communications Committee.  I also chair the Virginia Association of Realtors’ Information Management Committee and am the training director for Redwood Realty’s three offices.

Outside of real estate, I am the proud mom of four amazing children, and I coach my oldest daughter’s travel softball team.

If you would like to take a peek at some of the awards and accolades I’ve gotten along the way in the course of doing business (and I’m NOT talking about sales awards) stop by The Trophy Room.

If I can help you with your real estate needs, or with Loudoun County or Northern Virginia information, please reach out to me. It’s what I’m here for.

Sincerely,

Heather
