Tavistock Farms

Tavistock Farms, located on the southwest side of Leesburg, is a neighborhood of single family homes and townhomes which opened in the mid 1990s. Arcadia Builders stepped in to complete the community in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Spacious townhomes have one or two car garages, or English basements, some with brick fronts. Later units were constructed with upstairs laundry rooms and soaring main level ceiling heights.

The single family homes are sited on curving streets that meander through the neighborhood. Home styles are mainly center hall colonials with attached, front loading two car garages. Some are graced with expansive front porches, and others were sited with basements located mostly above grade.  Most homes have four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level, but some original owners opted to add an additional upstairs bath or fifth bedroom.

The community has a pool and community center, walking trails, basketball, and tennis courts.
