Saturday brought many holiday celebrations across Loudoun County, and we spent the afternoon in Purcellville, having a blast at the annual Christmas parade. No matter which town in Loudoun you live in, you can get that hometown feel at the holidays with parades and activities. Here’s some photos I took:

Snapped this last night in Purcellville. Al’s Pizza closed to make way for a Walgreens (literally across the street from the brand new Rite-Aid) but I heard that may not be what is going in there. I’m all for improving the look of that shopping center, but seeing the rubble of a favorite pizza joint still made me sad.
