I was at Lansdowne Town Center for an early morning chiropractic appointment, and was struck by how peaceful it was there at a very early hour. Too pretty to pass up taking a photo…enjoy.

Last night was date night, so we snuck over to Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm, their Ashburn location, to have a late dinner. After a fantastic dinner (and dessert, the brownie sundae is awesome!) the sky looked so amazing that I had to double back to snap this photo. Hard to do a sunset like that justice.

After a tremendous fundraising effort from the PTO, Emerick Elementary in Purcellville now has a snazzy new entrance sign. Pretty cool!

LoCo Photo:Woodgrove High

Today’s LoCo Photo is of Woodgrove High School, on Allder School Road in Purcellville, whose highly anticipated opening is slated for this fall. The website for the school now has information on the faculty (including photos), academics, athletics, PTSO, guidance, and tips to help students transition to their new school. When I drove by, fencing blocks you from getting too close to the new building, but it’s shaping up nicely. The athletic facilities are also near completion, and are pretty impressive in their own right. Go Wolverines!
