Brambleton Fall Fest …

UPDATE: This article was written for the 2008 Fall Fest…the date for 2009 is SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th, from 2 to 6 PM! Enjoy!

So the fun folks over at the Brambleton Community Association are planning a huge fall festival to be held Sunday, October 26th from 2 to 7 pm. For live music, they’ll have the Paul Green School of Rock Music at 2:00, Rocknoceros at 4:00, and The Groove at 5:00. Bring your pumpkin to be judged in the carving contest by 3 pm; or bring your pies to compete in the “Slice of the Sweet Life in Brambleton” Pie Baking Contest.   There will be numerous food vendors, plus a “Home and Garden Marketplace”.

    Other planned activities include:

    • Rock wall
    • Bumper cars
    • Big Top kiddie area
    • Free Pony Rides
    • Halloween Train Ride (either “Spooky” or “Not-So-Spooky”)
    • Face painting
    • Clown balloonist
    • Hay bale maze

The cost to attend the festival? It’s free for adults and children under two, and $7 for kids age 3 to 18.  A fun time is sure to be had by all.

EDIT: The date has been changed from Saturday the 25th to Sunday the 26th because the weather forecast for Saturday is awful! Enjoy the festival on Sunday!!!

I wanted to check with you to see if you were taking vendors for this event. If so do you have an Usborne representative?

      Thank you,

Are you booking any more bands for this event? If so how do we go about doing this?

      Thanks, The Incandescents
