Have We Hit Bottom Yet? Homebuyer Information Session on Feb. 9th

Have we hit the bottom of the market yet? Is now a good time to buy? What can I expect of the homebuying process?

Please consider this an open invitation to join me and my office, Weichert Realtors in Leesburg, at a homebuyers seminar to answer these questions and more. I’d love the opportunity to show you why now is a GREAT time to buy! It’s also a great chance to get all of your questions answered about the homebuying process.

The seminar is on Saturday, February 9th, at 11 a.m. in our office at 663 Potomac Station Drive in Leesburg. Topics to be covered include the current real estate market in our community, available financing options, and how Weichert simplifies the homebuying process. Keith Barrett from MBH Settlement Group will also be on hand to answer questions about the role a good title company plays in the settlement process.
