One Loudoun

One Loudoun Neighborhood

The Scoop:

It took years of planning before the original ground breaking in 2008, and after a few hiccups along the way, One Loudoun has truly grown into it’s full glory as a community. Just east of Ashburn on Loudoun County Parkway, this neighborhood was designed for residents to live, work, and play without needing a car. Single family homes, townhomes (some with elevators) and condos were built by Camberly, Miller & Smith, and NV Homes, and offer just about every style of home you could want.  There are hotels, apartments, plenty of restaurants and shopping- including a rare Barnes & Noble location.

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema opened its doors as one of the first businesses in the complex and anchors the action. We have enjoyed dinners at Uncle Julio’s Fine Mexican Food, Bar Louie, and Matchbox, but there are plenty of other options we still need to explore. There’s always something happening, from pop up food options to carnivals to drive in movie nights. We’d recommend following the community Facebook page to stay up to date on events and celebrations.
