About One Loudoun
It took years of planning before the original ground breaking in 2008, and after a few hiccups along the way, One Loudoun has finally arrived. Just east of Ashburn on Loudoun County Parkway, this neighborhood was designed for residents to live, work, and play without needing a car. Construction is still underway, with just over 100 of the planned 1000+ residences already complete. Single family homes are being offered by Camberly and Miller & Smith, with townhomes by NV Homes and Miller & Smith.
Already this spring, the BallPark at One Loudoun was approved and is set to break ground June 4th. Home to the Loudoun Hounds minor league baseball team and the Virginia Cavalry FC, the park will also host concerts, community events and festivals. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema at One Loudoun Plaza opened its doors in the beginning of May, and The Fresh Market grocery is scheduled to open this fall. Uncle Julio’s Fine Mexican Food (they have a Reston location), Bar Louie (Rockville and DC), and Elevation Burger (Tysons Corner and Falls Church) have also committed to One Loudoun. This should continue to be a popular spot as the end of Metro’s Silver Line at Ryan Road in Ashburn is scheduled for completion in 2018. We’d recommend following the community Facebook page to stay up to date, there’s lots of action in this new neighborhood.
