The Villages at Round Hill neighborhood sprung up between 1997 and 2014, one of the many new construction communities that popped up in Loudoun during the years of torrid growth. With more than 1,200 single family homes and townhomes, the neighborhood offers something for everyone. Community amenities include plenty of green space, walking trails, and common areas. Homes range in size from 1500 square foot townhomes to 3500+ square foot single family homes on quarter acre lots.

The neighborhood is adjacent to the Round Hill Indoor Aquatic Center, Round Hill Elementary, and Woodgrove Park, which is home to baseball fields, softball fields, and lots of open areas. While the town is still small and charming, residents do enjoy plenty of conveniences. Just on the edge of town is one of our favorite restaurants, More Better Beer Garden. And if you are a golfer, Stoneleigh Golf Club is tucked outside of town just off Route 7.

The town has a rich history with numerous community events throughout the year. Each year in May they celebrate the Round Hill Hometown Festival, including a 5K, parade, pie eating and corn hole contests, food vendors, and an evening concert. Round Hill is the perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors and enjoys an interactive community setting.
