The Scoop:

Just outside of Leesburg, off of Evergreen Mill Road, sits a lovely community of European style estate homes on 3 to 6 acre secluded lots with scenic views. Creighton Enterprises designed and built Grenata as part of their 2,500 acre ultra-luxury home community plans, which also encompass Barclay Woods and the River Chase Equestrian Club. Owners have the option of joining the club, which neighbors the community. As a builder, Creighton Enterprises delivers custom luxury homes, with expansive floor plans, quality craftsmanship, and details including custom audio/visual systems and eco-friendly home features. Having walked through the owner’s personal residence, we can attest to the attention to detail–we’ve been in a ton of luxury homes, and this was an unbelievable level of craftsmanship.

Homes in the neighborhood are clad in all brick, or brick and stone, and have at least 5,500 finished square feet on the upper two levels, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with generous entertaining spaces. Most resale homes are listed in the $1.5 to $2 million price range. This neighborhood is down the road from Leesburg staples including Schmidt’s BBQ, Sidebar, and South Street Under. There’s plenty to do with the community nearby downtown Leesburg with plenty of festivals and events happening all year round.
