Just outside of Leesburg, off of Evergreen Mill Road, sits a lovely community of European style estate homes on 3 to 6 acre secluded lots with scenic views. Most resale homes are listed in the $1.5 to $2 million price range. This neighborhood is down the road from downtown Leesburg, including favorites like Schmidt’s BBQ, Sidebar, and South Street Under. The Leesburg community is always active, with plenty of festivals and events happening throughout the year.
