Villages of Purcellville

The Scoop

The Villages of Purcellville is an established neighborhood of 90 homes that were built by Richmond American Homes in the 1990s. The community is the first one you encounter as you come into Purcellville from the east, and sits across from Patrick Henry College. The Purcellville Gateway shopping center is just a quarter mile away, which includes the Harris Teeter grocery store, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Coaches Corner Grill (a personal favorite of ours!), Sweet Frog frozen yogurt, and more.

Homes in the neighborhood typically have plenty of bedroom and living space, and most (if not all) have full basements. The community amenities are limited, with just a tot lot on site, but Purcellville is home to Franklin Park, which has an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of recreational space. As of spring of 2022, the neighborhood is mapped to attend Kenneth W. Culbert Elementary, Harmony Middle, and Loudoun Valley High School.
