Oak Knoll Farms

Oak Knoll Farms
Purcellville, Virginia
The Scoop
The Oak Knoll Farms neighborhood is just outside of the town of Purcellville, featuring single-family homes on one to six-acre lots with no HOA. This neighborhood is close to Loudoun Valley High School, Blue Ridge Middle School, and Lincoln Elementary. For the people who enjoy being tucked away, Oak Knoll Farms offers a secluded, yet cozy feel without being too far from conveniences.
The community isn’t far from Purcellville staples like Fireman’s Field Park, the Catoctin Creek Distillery, and Magnolia’s at the Mill. Purcellville is full of amazing restaurants, fun activities, and plenty of walking trails. The town hosts parades for Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and celebrates an annual Wine and Food Festival. Many of the shops and restaurants in town are family-owned which allows the area retain it’s small-town feel.
Because there are only around 100 homes in the neighborhood, they rarely come available for resale. We love the peacefulness of the area, plus the spacious yards and feel of the rolling hills while still being close to town.
