About Raspberry Falls

With so many Leesburg neighborhoods to choose from, Raspberry Falls stands out with a big wow factor– not only is it a golf community, surrounded by Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club — but the entire property is just gorgeous. And yes, it actually used to be a raspberry farm! Situated on rolling foothills just north of Leesburg, the neighborhood gives residents nearby access to White’s Ferry, the only Potomac River crossing between the beltway and Point of Rocks, Maryland. Homes are sited on at least one acre lots, with some conservancy lots topping 10 acres. Homes for sale in Raspberry Falls are typically priced from $800,000 to upwards of $2 million, and have above grade finished square footages from 3,350 to over 8,000. The first homes in the community were completed in 2001. Community amenities include tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool.

The golf course is open to the public, and residents of the community can take advantage of the club’s restaurant, pro shop, and meeting rooms. The 18 hole, championship length golf course was designed by Gary Player and opened in 1996. (And despite having ‘hunt club’ as part of its’ name, the club does not allow hunting on property, or in the surrounding community. It’s included in the name as a nod to the fox hunts that were once held on the land.) Raspberry Golf Academy offers instruction for adults and juniors interested in learning or improving their golf game. The club does have yearly membership options, with information available on their website.
