Wright Farm
The Scoop:
With beautiful countryside views and generous lot sizes, Wright Farm remains a sought after Purcellville neighborhood. The community opened in 2003 as the first homes were completed and families began moving in. The last home was constructed in 2010, bringing the total number of homes to just shy of 120. The ample lot sizes range from 3 to 6 acres on the rolling hillside.
While the community is part of an HOA, the cost is minimal, $55 a month, with the dues being applied to trash removal and common area maintenance; there are no community amenities. With ample yard space, owners are able to opt for a private pool. The HOA website has more information, including links to board meeting minutes, HOA documents and covenants, and recent community information.
