Sycamore Hill

The Scoop

Sycamore Hill is a townhome only neighborhood in Leesburg, tucked just off Battlefield Parkway near Fort Evans Road. The 475 homes in the community were built in the late 1990s through about 2001, and are a mix of garage and “English basement” (no garage) models. The closest neighboring communities are Potomac Station and Spring Lakes.

Location is one of the things that tends to stand out here. Sycamore Hill sits close to the main retail corridor along Fort Evans Road, making  everyday errands pretty easy. Leesburg Premium Outlets are only a couple minutes away, as is the Village at Leesburg, with its mix of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

The biggest draws here are convenience and price. Sycamore Hill sits right in the middle of a part of Leesburg where you can get to just about everything quickly, from groceries, coffee, restaurants, gyms, and shopping are all just a few minutes away along the Fort Evans Road corridor. And compared to home prices for other townhomes in Leesburg, Sycamore Hill gives you plenty of bang for the buck.

The neighborhood has plenty to offer. There are community pools, playgrounds, and tennis and basketball courts, along with green space spread throughout the neighborhood, making it more than just rows of townhomes.

Another nice bonus is how close it is to some of Leesburg’s bigger recreation spots. Ida Lee Park is only a short drive away and has indoor pools, sports fields, walking trails, and a large recreation center. Venturing to downtown Leesburg is simple, whether it’s for dinner, weekend events, or just wandering around the historic district..
