The neighborhood of Brentwood Springs in Round Hill is fairly new, with all 95 homes being constructed between 2016 and 2020 by Wormald Homes. The community is sited on 45 acres, and you can find the HOA website here. Community amenities include a playground, walking paths, and common areas. But what’s intriguing and different about this neighborhood is that the monthly HOA dues also covers all lawn care and maintenance- front AND back yards, as well as snow and trash removal. There aren’t many Loudoun neighborhoods that handle that for homeowners.

The Round Hill location puts residents close to a ton of outdoor options, recreation, and restaurants. Sleeter Lake is nearby (that’s pictured below), as is Stoneleigh Golf and Country Club. Franklin Park‘s pool, ballfields, and arts center are all just slightly up the road. And Round Hill Elementary School is only a half a mile up Evening Star Drive. Nearby restaurants include Tammy’s Diner and More Better Restaurant and Beer Garden (a personal favorite!)

Homes are all spacious, on quarter acre lots with double garages and loads of amenities. The home styles vary, though, as some include sweeping stone facades and other offer more modest single level living. So far, just a handful have come up for resale.
