You may have never heard of Cameron Chase, because it’s the best kept secret in Ashburn.  Located off of Farmwell Road near the Ashburn Ice House, the community is a small enclave of just less than 100 homes on lots between a half acre to an acre — a generous amount of space for Ashburn! Residents here enjoy wide streets, mature trees, a community pond, and acres of preserved wetlands. The original builders for the community, K. Hovnanian and PC Homes began construction in 1997 and completed the neighborhood in 1999.

One great benefit of the community is the close proximity to Cameron Chase Village Center, with Ford’s Fish Shack, Anita’s Mexican, Paisano’s Pizzeria, and Great Harvest Bread Co. But you can’t overlook the ease of commute from this neighborhood; you can easily hop on the Greenway, Loudoun County Parkway, or Route 28 to get to wherever you need to go.
