The Scoop:

The Highlands of Round Hill is one of the most scenic neighborhoods in all of Loudoun County. Perched just outside of the town of Round Hill, this community’s roads wind their way up the hillside to provide lovely views.  The spacious single family homes are on 3+ acre lots, typically with brick fronts, three finished levels, and multiple garage bays. Some floor plans have covered porches off of the master bedrooms to appreciate the views. The ample lot sizes allow for swimming pools or even equestrian activities.The neighborhood was originally developed and opened by Equity Homes, who went out of business around 2008 as the market declined. Now, the community is close to completion in 202o, with builder Carrington Homes down to only a few remaining lots.

The homeowners association does not provide any community amenities but does oversee the overall condition of the neighborhood.

What We Love:

The views at the top of the neighborhood are some of the most amazing in the area. On July 4th, you can see fireworks from Leesburg, Purcellville, and other surrounding towns from the top of Sunny Ridge Lane. We also love that many of the floor plans and lot placements allow for porches or decks off of the master bedroom, which make for lovely views and additional outdoor space. The rolling hills around the community are absolutely beautiful in autumn when the leaves turn, too.
