The Scoop
Tucked just off King Street (Route 15) on the south side of Leesburg, Greenway Farm is one of those neighborhoods you might drive right past without noticing. But once you turn in, the setting shifts quickly. It opens up into a fairly established community with slightly more than 400 single-family homes and townhouses built mostly in the 1990s and early 2000s. Parts of the neighborhood connect directly with Woodlea Manor, so as you drive through, you’ll notice the two communities feel fairly continuous.
Greenway Park, a 4 acre Leesburg town park, sits right inside the neighborhood and gives residents a small pocket of open space with a playground, basketball court, picnic tables, and a short wooded trail. It’s not a large park, but it’s the kind of place people in the neighborhood can walk to when they want to get outside for a bit.

What We Like
One of the things that works well about living here is how easy it is to get to downtown Leesburg. King Street runs straight into the historic district, so restaurants, shops, and community events around the courthouse are only a few minutes away.
The neighborhood also has a nice set of amenities that help give it more of a community feel. There’s a neighborhood pool along with tennis courts, basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, and a walking trail that winds through wooded sections of the neighborhood.
Another plus is the location along Route 15 near Battlefield Parkway. From here it’s easy to get across Leesburg, reach other parts of Loudoun County, or head south out of town when you want to get onto quieter country roads.
