Hello! The smiling face over there is me…let me introduce myself, I’m Heather Elias, a Realtor with Century 21 Redwood Realtors in Ashburn, Virginia. I’ve been writing a real estate blog for a year now on a website called Localism.com , but I thought it was time to branch out with my own site. You’re reading the very first post!

The main idea of this blog is to write about the real estate market in Loudoun County, but I also want to keep my clients up to speed on local events and local issues, and write about the many reasons why LoCo is such a great place to live.

I’d love your comments on goings on that I might have missed, great places to visit, good restaurants to dine in…Let’s make it interactive! I hope that you visit often, and that you find it helpful!
