If you follow along with market statistics at my LoCo Market Stats blog, then you know that our real estate inventory levels in Loudoun County have been really low lately. It only makes sense that with little to choose from in the resale market, the builders are back with new construction homes to fill the gap. Pulte Homes is holding a Grand Opening Weekend this Saturday, June 12th, from noon to 4 pm, at two different communities in LoCo:
- Brambleton, in Ashburn…Single family homes at Emerald Ridge from the upper $400′s, and town homes at The Overlook from the low $300′s
- East Gate, in Chantilly…town homes from the low $300′s and single family homes from the upper $400′s.
They will have refreshments and giveaways at all locations. If you want more information about build times, or the types of amenities they are offering at either location, just let me know and I’m happy to help.
Cheers,
Heather
