Bowers Proposes $1.2 Billion Operating Budget, with 13.6% Tax Rate Hike

Loudoun County Administrator Kirby Bowers has proposed a $1.2 billion operating budget for Fiscal Year 2009, which includes raising the tax rate by 25.6 cents.
