I’ve played a lot of high caliber golf courses, Congressional, Pinehurst, Treyburn (that’s Michael Jordan’s club in Durham, NC) just to name a few. It takes more than a gate and a high initiation fee to stand out. Along with perfect conditions the layout must be challenging, the setting spectacular, and the service impeccable. It was…

Heather and I love a good margarita but it’s rare we find a place that makes them close to what we concoct at home. Thanks to our good friend Dr. Chad at Advanced Corrective Chiropractic we’ve found one of those places… Welcome to Dos Tequilas in Leesburg. Hidden behind Starbucks and next door to Melt…

Instant replay, that would be the description of the 2013 real estate market in Potomac Station. For the second year in a row 89 homes sold in this Leesburg neighborhood, let’s take a closer look… Most single family homes in Potomac Station have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and are on almost a quarter acre. Forty of…

The 2013 Leesburg real estate market was a tale of two zip codes. Folks living in the 20176 portion of town watched home sale prices rise moderately, while those living in the 20175 zip code saw prices remain steady. That’s a little different than LoCo’s averages, which we wrote about earlier this week. Let’s take a look……
