Friday Goodness: Healthy LoCo Market

It’s Friday, so I know your mind is already on the long weekend, right? We’ll keep it short and sweet today. The chart below shows median price for Loudoun County. The top line is single family homes, the bottom line is townhomes and condos combined. Are you seeing what I’m seeing? For the last three years, the market has been stable, with prices on the upswing for the last year. These numbers are for the whole county combined, certainly some towns and neighborhoods are seeing different results (some better, some worse). As a whole though, the real estate market is pretty healthy here in LoCo.
