Brookfield Homes is apparently closing out its’ small amount of lots in Goose Creek Bend with two final homesites, set to be finished in June. Goose Creek Bend is a small community located off of Sycolin Road, with a Leesburg mailing address but closer proximity to Belmont Ridge Road and Ashburn.
I’m surprised that Brookfield doesn’t have more available, as there are plenty of unimproved lots left in the community. I’ll see what I can find out about the remaining lots. For now, though, it looks like they have lot 24 staked and ready, slated for an Allister model. It’s a .66 acre lot, and the 4,200 square foot floor plan includes an upper level with four bedrooms and four and a half baths, first floor study, and finished lower level recreation room with nine foot ceilings. They have it priced at $663,540.
The other homesite, lot 12, is set to have a Davenport model. It also has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, on a .62 acre lot. That floorplan calls for an angled kitchen island, nine foot basement ceilings, a finished lower level recreation room, brick stoop and brick water table; it is priced at $668,590.
