Another builder has re-opened a community in Loudoun County. Brookfield Homes is offering a choice of eight lots at Goose Creek Bend in Leesburg. Actually, they are reopening what was a Kettler Brothers community. I can’t tell if Kettler is still holding any of the lots there, but Brookfield’s site shows availability on the remainder…
