Huntleigh at Creighton Farms is Open

Since we first got wind of it in October, we’ve been anticipating Stanley Martin’s opening of the Huntleigh at Creighton Farms. They officially opened their Sutton model there on Saturday, and will be offering five different home models on one to three acre home sites. Models offered at the new community are:

• The Addison, base price $719,990
• The Sandhurst, base price $724,990
• The Morgan (first floor, dual master), base price $729,990
• The Sutton (model home at community), base price $734,990
• The Colton, base price $754,990

These floor plans are also available at their community north of Leesburg off Route 15, Selma Estates, and range from 3100 square feet up to over 7,000 square feet with optional structural extensions.

The Stanley Martin website just started showing information on Huntleigh, and does not yet include the standard home features, but the community sales manager emailed me to say that  lot premiums will  run from zero up to $60,000, and new homeowners will have “optional access to Creighton Farms amenities.” (I’m checking on this, but I’m guessing that means it’s not a forced buy-in to a social/golf membership or concierge services for the community.) The Creighton Farms website has not yet updated to include Stanley Martin’s information.

The original announcement touted that the homes would be offered at “a price point never before seen at Creighton Farms.” However, these prices are just barely below what the prior least expensive option was in the very exclusive gated community.  I’m hoping to take a tour of the model this week, which will certainly give me a better feel for what the lots (and their placement within the community) look like. As soon as I do, I will add some photos and more details about what these homes have to offer here. Stay tuned!
