LoCo Neighborhood update: Dunrobin

While some of the more high profile neighborhoods in Leesburg get a lot of press for being luxury communities, there’s a beautiful little neighborhood tucked just off of Gleedsville Road that I think is heavenly. While I’m not sure if the Dunrobin neighborhood was named for the breathtaking Dunrobin Castle in Scotland, this community is stunning in it’s own right. The enclave of only16 custom built, million dollar homes on 3 to 5 acre lots were constructed mostly in the 1990s, with the last three homes built betweeon 2001 and 2004. One historic 1870 manor house sits in the back of the neighborhood. There isn’t a lot of turnover in the community, but two homes are on the market this summer, one priced just shy of $1.3 million, and the other at $1,949,000. Here’s a peek at the neighborhood:

Cheers,
Heather
