Heather and I have had the good fortune to build two homes from scratch. Not everyone has had that opportunity, so over the next several months I am detailing the process my clients, John and Pam, are going through during the construction of their new Miller & Smith home. Exciting news for Pam & John this week as the closing has been scheduled for October 23, a month sooner than originally promised. Things are really taking shape, cabinets were installed in the kitchen and bathrooms, the tile flooring is complete, and the trim work and painting are done. The exterior photo also shows no more silt fence and the completed sidewalk. Our next to last appointment with Miller & Smith is a pre-settlement walk through set for October 16. The finish line is within site!
