Peeking Around the Corner

Spring is right around the corner, I promise!

Just a reminder that the orange ‘condo’ line includes townhomes, too. Inventory feels low to me, still, and I’m expecting that it will begin to rise as we get into the full rush of the spring market. At this point, I’m only seeing 15-20 new listings per day in Loudoun, which means buyers still don’t have a whole lot to pick from.

And median price? That seems to be rising a nudge in the last month or so.
