Springing Market in Ashburn

Sunshine, birds chirping, temps in the 50s, and crocuses pushing up signal the spring market is here. Let’s take a peek at how things are shaping up in Ashburn. Median price for condos and townhomes combined have hit the highest mark in over three years, up almost 12% compared to last February! Although single family homes have not seen as dramatic an increase, median price is still up 2% versus one year ago; this is a good start to the season and it bodes well for remainder of 2012.
