One of the fun things I get to do as a Realtor is visit new home communities. Yesterday, I stopped in at Stone Fox Estates and found a secluded neighborhood with gorgeous homes.
Located off of Gleedsville Road in Leesburg, Craftmark Homes is offering nine different models on three plus acre lots. Known for their outstanding quality and customer service, Craftmark has won over 60 awards for design and architecture as well as continually being ranked in the top 100 home builders nationwide.
The Kenwood II pictured above is the largest home offered in the community, and it serves as the model. With $400,000 in upgrades, including Wolf appliances in the kitchen, distressed hardwood on the main level, a conservatory, and an attic bedroom, this home can be yours for $1.3 million. Base prices start at $754,900 for the Chevy Chase model and climb to $936,900 for the Kenwood II.
While visiting with the sales staff, I was also able to learn about a new Craftmark community planned for the farm next to Lowry’s Crab Shack in Hamilton. We don’t have a name yet, but twenty-eight one acre home sites offering the same models will be available starting in the $600,000’s. As soon as more information becomes available I’ll pass it along.
