Woodlea Manor & Hills 2012 Year in Review

Typically less than 5% of the 467 homes in Woodlea Manor & Woodlea Hills change hands over the course of a year. 2012 was no different, 18 total sales were recorded which was three less than 2011’s total of 21. Sixteen of those sales were in Woodlea Manor, where an average sales price of $572,000 represented a very slight increase
