In last week’s summer update for Western LoCo, I wrote about the lack of townhome options available west of Leesburg. Toll Brothers has stepped in to help remedy the situation with Purcellville Green, a small neighborhood within walking distance of downtown.
Information is very limited at this point, but we did learn a few things:
- 60 luxury 22’ and 24’ garage townhomes will be available
- Each home will have a 2-car front entry garage
- Three home designs will be available, ranging from base square footage of 1,856 to 2,271
- Rear yards include a fence, with a majority of the home sites allowing rear yard access from the main living level
Scheduled to open this fall, pricing is still being finalized and nothing is for sale yet. As more information becomes available we will keep you posted.

The site plan has been released, and pricing will be determined in the next couple of weeks. Floor plans are being finalized with sales beginning by the end of October.
