Something shifted in the market in the last two months…I can tell you having sales as a listing agent and a buyer’s agent, prices have stabilized, multiple offers are common, and…we’re even seeing *slight* price increases in some areas. Take a look at these charts, the stats don’t lie:
Anyone actively working on buying a home in Loudoun County can attest, tighter inventory and increased demand has led to an interesting shift. It’s only natural that we see a bit of an uptick in prices as a result.
