Who Wants to be First in the Hamlet at Wulf Crest?

In February I wrote about the Hamlet at Wulf Crest in Leesburg, a new community just south of town by Steuart Kret Homes. Yesterday I had a chance to stop by and take a look at  how things are shaping up. It was my first opportunity to see this builder in action, and I can assure you these folks pay great attention to detail.

In the 13 years we have been in LoCo, we’ve seen all sorts of model homes. The Ravensworth pictured above was finished in April, and has all of the bells and whistles you would expect from a $2 million home, except it only has just over a $1 million price tag. There is a ton of space, with bump outs and extra rooms to spare, 4″ plank hardwood floors throughout the main level, two wood burning fireplaces, a theater room in the basement, and a massive master suite. Now that there are some leaves on the trees, it is truly a beautiful setting.

An Augusta model spec home that will be ready before school starts is now under construction. Priced at $740,000, this home features a brick front, sun room, hardwood on the first floor, and a finished rec room with a full bath.
