You know I love the Bull Run Festival of Lights, and they are open for the 2010 holiday season! Running every evening at 5:30 from now until January 9th, the Northern Virginia Regional Parks Authority’s light show is located off Interstate 66 in Centreville, spanning two and a half miles. There is also a carnival area with rides, and a Holiday Village with food and gift shopping. Visit their website for a $3 off coupon and more details. The festival closes at 9:30 Monday through Thursday, and 10:00 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Each season, they typically have over 30,000 vehicles visit the show.
New this year is the Santa’s Enchanted Lights feature, which has over 40,000 lights set to music…check out the video for a snippet of the display. Happy Holidays!
Cheers,
Heather
