Virtual Staging? Absolutely Works.

“Is it better to show our home empty, or with our furniture in it?”

That question inevitably comes up in most of our pre-listing conversations with our seller clients. And it’s a fair one: would a buyer more easily be able to envision living there if the space was empty or if the home still had your furnishings in it? Ideally speaking, organizing and staging your home with new furnishings and accessories would certainly present it in the best light, but that’s not always convenient or cost effective. The good news is that we can now ‘virtually stage’ the vacant rooms in your home, giving potential buyers a glimpse into how it would look with furniture and accessories, but without the time and financial investment of physically staging each space.

Since the professional photography is the first thing that a potential buyer checks out in any online home listing, jazzing up an otherwise wide open space helps to spur folks into setting an appointment to see that listing in person. And for folks who have visited in person, the brochures with the staged photography help to provide a visual on the size and type of furniture that can fit in the rooms.

We’ve utilized this successfully on several of our most recent listings. Take a look at some of the ‘before and after’ photos below:
